About Tom Holland
Son to two British professional armwrestlers, it can be said that pulling flows through Hollands veins. From an early age Tom would watch both of his parent’s train and compete and he would travel with them to events all over Europe. “I have always been obsessed with it” he says. “One of my very first strong memories is watching my Dad and Mum pull in the 1995 Armwrestling World Championships in Sweden. My Dad won the silver medal and my mum placed 6th in the women’s Middleweight Division.”
Being exposed to the sport at a young age gave Tom a drive and determination to not only carry on the Holland armwrestling name, but to take it to new heights. He started armwrestling competitively in 2007 at the age of 15 and has been progressing on the world lightweight stage ever since. The British puller has a versatile style and is capable of punishing anyone at the table. He is one to watch out for in the WAL!
