FAVORITE TRAINING TECHNIQUE: According to Hennerichs, “There is no way to pin point it to 1 or 2 techniques; it takes so many to be a well-rounded puller.”
INTERESTING FACT OR EXPERIENCE THAT HELPED SHAPE LIFE: Hennerichs got involved with armwrestling while on the job. Hennerichs arm wrestled a State Champion and beat him on a picnic table. The State Champion talked Ray into coming to armwrestling practice, and the rest is history.
UNIQUE FACT: Hennerichs enjoys training others and likes to come up with new gadgets and ideas to train.
