HOBBIES: Spending time family and friends, riding in his boat, camping with family, arm-wrestling, working out, riding his motorcycle with his wife and coming up with new ideas to train.

FAVORITE TRAINING TECHNIQUE: According to Hennerichs, “There is no way to pin point it to 1 or 2 techniques; it takes so many to be a well-rounded puller.”

INTERESTING FACT OR EXPERIENCE THAT HELPED SHAPE LIFE: Hennerichs got involved with arm-wrestling while on the job. Hennerichs arm-wrestled a State Champion and beat him on a picnic table. The State Champion talked Ray into coming to arm-wrestling practice, and the rest is history.

UNIQUE FACT: Hennerichs enjoys training others and likes to come up with new gadgets and ideas to train.
