About Maks Taubin
Maks first discovered armwrestling through YouTube videos. After watching hours of footage, he decided to enter into an amateur tournament. To his surprise, he won 1st place in his weight category and became obsessed with the sport at the same time.
When talking about his induction into the sport Maks explains “Winning my first ever tournament gave me a drive, after that I found a team to train with, got stronger, improved my technique and went to every armwrestling event I could, I worked my ass off until I got to the top level”
Maks is capable of upsetting anyone and when asked about his armwrestling goals he puts it simply, “I won’t stop until I’m the best in the world.”
