INTERESTING FACT OR EXPERIENCE THAT HELPED SHAPE LIFE: "I was driving along one day with a bag of glazed donuts in my lap, and extra lite and extra sweet coffee. I weighed about 320 pounds, and I realized on was on the road to dying. That day I changed my life and found armwrestling, CrossFit and powerlifting. Now, I pull 225s and feel like every day is better than the last.”
