INTERESTING FACT OR EXPERIENCE THAT HELPED SHAPE LIFE: When Stratton was 15 years-old, he broke his lower back and tore 3 discs. Always an athlete and a runner on his school’s varsity team, he was devastated when his doctor told him he would never be able to work out again and that he had to give up all physical activity for the rest of his life. His depression was debilitating, but in the midst of it all, he found strength. He learned to walk by faith, not sight. He thanks God every day for the strength he gave him to pursue his dream and prove his doctor wrong.
UNIQUE FACT: Stratton will be working towards the Guinness World Record weighted pull-up this year.
