INTERESTING FACT OR EXPERIENCE THAT HELPED SHAPE LIFE: Spine got started in the sport of armwrestling at the age of 15 because his father Terry Spine was an armwrestler.  He was also active in wrestling, pole-vaulting, and MMA growing up.  He was surrounded with physical fitness and was taught that just because you’re the “little guy,” it doesn’t mean you can’t possess strength and force.  He’s always trying new exercises/workouts and building different obstacle courses in the yard or garage.

UNIQUE FACT: Spine works towards staying grounded through family, friends, and church.  He enjoys flipping houses and real estate investment, and he’s hooked on nonfiction audiobooks.

MOTTO: “Outwork the competition.” and “Well done is better than well said.”
