INTERESTING FACT OR EXPERIENCE THAT HELPED SHAPE LIFE: Glenn considers his children his lifeline. Growing up, he was smaller than the other guys his age. His grandfather was a power lifter, and his father always incorporated weightlifting into his daily workouts. From a young age, Glenn and his siblings went to the YMCA with their father to watch him workout. It was a second home to them, and it taught them the importance of being mentally and physically fit. Once he was old enough to lift, it came natural to Glenn. It soon became clear to him that he could do anything, and it was important for him to choose the right thing. He feels that he owes everything to the love of his life, his mother. He says, “Without her, I would not be here!”
